   What do I do if I drop my phone in water?

**   DO NOT TURN IT ON!  **
Remove battery immediately from phone and let it completely dry out.  If you are really lucky, nothing got damaged.  After a few DAYS, if phone is dry replace battery and turn it on.

   My phone isn't working:

Make sure phone is turned on.
Make sure phone has a full charge.
Reset phone by removing and replacing
      battery

   I can't make a call:

Make sure phone is turned on.
Make sure phone has a full charge.
Make sure you are in a service area
Make sure to push "send" button after
      entering number.

  How do I erase messages:

After listening to message, press 7.
Press 9 to repeat it before erasing.
